WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed. 

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

There is a 20% restocking fee on ALL RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR CREDIT after 5 days.

Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

**PLEASE NOTE: Because some items are made to order right when you order from various locations, your order may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at varied times if it contains different products.**

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive order. 

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

Mind Hustle WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

DELIVERY FAILED

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded

*Please note: some items may arrive in separate packaging due to multiple warehouse locations. 

 

PRICE CHANGES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted. 

 

IF GRANTED A REFUND, WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?

Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method you will be responsible to reach out to your financial institution.
